Ryan Davis, USAT Coach, CPT

Ryan is a Level 1 USAT Triathlon Coach and an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. He has performed competitively in local and national triathlons over the last six years. Since graduating from UMass Amherst, Coach Ryan has served as a consultant for the UMass Triathlon Team. He has coached competitive athletes locally, nationally, and internationally.

When he isn't coaching or training for his own races, he enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and relaxing with his wife/business partner, Julia.

He provides coaching in private sessions, group classes, and personalized training plans. Learn about which format would work best for your fitness goals.

Training Plans

The best training plan is one made specially for you and your lifestyle. Our Single and Multi Sport Athlete Training program is an individualized training experience that will address your personal athletic goals. Whether you are an aspiring or accomplished athlete, this goal-based format focuses on your intentions.

Throughout the process, Coach Davis will work with you to identify your goals and assess your fitness. He will discuss how to optimize and balance training during day-to-day activities. He will create a personalized periodized training plan to help you reach your goals.
